Alex Imperato is the Founder of Rancor Entertainment. Responsible for organizing and putting together this great team. As well as administering the business, website, and social media. Attended University Massachusetts Boston. Has a degree in Government History Politics, but true love is Philosophy.

Makeup Artist & Prosthetics designer

Morgan Badley is a Special Effects Makeup Artist born and raised in Central Florida. Graduated from the vocational academy of Makeup and Prosthetics. Specializing in injury simulation, silicone and foam prosthetics, airbrushing and sculpting. Enjoys creating characters and bringing them to life.

Executive Producer

Raymon Khan is Head of Production at Rancor Entertainment. He studied Motion Picture Technology and the Recording Arts at Florida State University along with Wes Ball, Barry Jenkins, & Nat Sanders, focusing on production. His Los Angeles experience span script production (D-No Entertainment), digital VFX (EntityFX), and production IT engineering, with work on Cold Creek Manor, Spider-Man 2, Herbie: Fully Loaded, and commercials for Goodyear, Prilosec, and Heiwa.

Production assistant

Ricardo Petrone is a dedicated Political Science major with a Pre-Law concentration at Florida Atlantic University. As an active member of the FAU Film Club, he takes on the responsibility of overseeing and refining dialogue, as well as managing the company's website and social media. His experience in the HR Department at the City of Pompano Beach has further honed his skills. Since the inception, Ricardo has proven to be a steadfast partner, always committed to contributing his best efforts.

Creative Director

Paul Morgan is a 13+ year veteran of the film and television industry. Graduating from Loyola Marymount University, he then went on to work for Route One Films, Comedy Central, Awesomeness TV, and has directed numerous music videos and comedy sketches.

Chair of Creative Writing

Ryan Lentner serves as the Chair of our Creative Writing Department. He studied creative writing at Florida State University, focusing on short stories and poetry. Currently, channeling his creative energies into story and script development. Having a unique background in electrical engineering and construction where he created new innovative ideas for structural integrity. He enjoys traveling across the U.S. with his wife Bambi and their son Edison, enriching his perspectives and storytelling.

Jessica Henderson is a dedicated professional with a rich background in wellness and entertainment. Graduating at the top of her class from the University of Arkansas, she spent the last three years honing her skills in admissions coordination within the mental health field, focusing on organization, communication, and relationship building. In the creative sector, Jessica has played a pivotal role in team development and artist coordination, contributing to the success of various horror films and innovative projects. She thrives on creating meaningful connections between people, ideas, and opportunities.
